Join Matt The Miller’s Tavern on Monday, May 19 at 7 p.m. for an intimate four-course dinner designed especially by Executive Chef, Paul Dibner, featuring beers from Fountain Square Brewing Co.
First Course: Seared Diver Scallops
Seared Diver Scallops topped with bacon aioli served with an apple walnut salad.

Second Course: BBQ Chicken Flatbread
Hop for Teacher beer battered chicken tenders, smoked BBQ jalapeno mouse and topped with a citrus slaw

Third Course: Pork Tenderloin Medallions
Grilled pork tenderloin medallions served with sweet potato and Easter Peeps mashed with Saison Duvall pork demi glace.

Fourth Course: Sundae
Chocolate ice cream topped with white chocolate shaving and espresso whipped cream.
