A Lantz DesignCarmel City Center is excited to welcome A Lantz Design to the Baldwin & Chambers! A soft opening celebration is planned for Friday, November 23 and Saturday, November 24 with sweet treats and bubbly while you shop. The new location in the Baldwin & Chambers building offers retail, art and design services.

Lead designer and owner, Amanda Lantz, grew up watching her father—designer and artist, Barry Lantz, work with clients to create their dream home environments. In 2015, Amanda bought the business and continues to work with her father while they expand the offerings of A Lantz Design to A Lantz Designclients, and now to the public. Barry oversees the art and fabric division of the company and will launch a fabric collection for Kravet in 2019. The duo brings their experience in buying unique, high quality pieces for their clients to a retail environment at Carmel City Center.

A Lantz Design features items sourced from Florence, Italy and flea markets in Paris. Items include home furnishings, accessories, lighting and rugs with the designer pricing passed on to customers—making good design easily accessible to everyone. The space also features a gallery displaying works from Soicher A Lantz DesignMarin as well as Barry Lantz Art pieces. Buying with their clients in mind, styles range from traditional, modern, transitional and French country.

“I am excited to open our business in Carmel City Center and continue the relationship we have with Pedcor Companies,” Amanda said. “Their vision for fashion, art and architecture align with our vision for A Lantz Design and we are excited to be a part of the urban environment at Carmel City Center.”

Occasional special events will be planned featuring new artists, jewelry and more. Customers can shop at A Lantz Design Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday hours will vary.
