More Than 140 Characters – Traci Dossett, Software Engineering Professionals, Inc.

COO of Software Engineering Professionals, Inc. Traci Dossett couldn’t imagine a better building than the Tarkington Theatre in Carmel City Center for SEP’s offices. Being part of the site selection for the company’s new offices, Traci was more than happy to contribute to the process. An employee for SEP for 18 years, Traci has seen the business grow from a 16 employees to the 95 employees it has today.

“I began working part time here at Software Engineering Professionals in college as a receptionist,” said Traci. “SEP has such a great family sense within the company and flexible work environment that it is truly a great place to work.”

Living in Westfield with her husband and two sons, Traci loves that all the great amenities in Carmel are just a quick drive away.

“My husband and I feel that it is so nice to be able to drive 20 minutes to get to a concert at the Palladium and not have to deal with heavy traffic as we would going downtown,” said Traci. “We feel very lucky to live so close to Carmel to get this opportunity.”

Whether it’s running on the Monon Greenway with her newly adopted four-year-old lab, Keara or going out to dinner at Bub’s Burgers, one of her family’s favorite restaurants, Traci enjoys everything that Carmel City Center has to offer.
