Hubbard & Cravens: Wine Tasting Event
March 18, 2014
Hubbard & Cravens has teamed up with Peterson Winery to host a Wine Tasting Event on Tuesday, March 25.
For over 25 years Peterson Winery has been producing 100% sustainable wine in Dry Creek Valley. At Peterson winery, the winemaking process begins while the grapes are still on the vines. Zero Manipulation is a discipline the Petersons follow to capture the character and balance of inherent in the grapes. Zero Manipulation means using the most gentle, traditional winemaking practices possible to maximize the flavors, aromatics and texture of the wines. Fred and Jamie celebrate vintage differences and don’t tweak or homogenize the wine to obtain consistency of flavors, a common practice in mass-market wineries
The wine tasting featuring Peterson Winery will take place from 5-7 p.m at the Hubbard & Cravens location at Carmel City Center. Guests will begin with a glass of Rose and throughout the evening go on to taste an array of six different red and white wines. Along with the wine tasting, Hubbard & Cravens will provide snacks for guests to try with the each wine. Guests of the event will also have the opportunity to buy bottles of wine. The price per person for the event is $20 and reservations are required.
