Salt Now Open!

SALT at Carmel City Center is now open! A local favorite known for its fresh seafood that is flown in daily, handmade pastas, and locally sourced steaks offers a unique dining experience to the community.

The menu features a wide range of crowd-pleasing items including Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Salt Sashimi Plate, Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster Mac and Cheese, and Filet Mignon topped with Maine Lobster Oscar. Salt at Carmel City Center also offers an extensive wine and cocktail list, plus tempting desserts to round out the meal.

Salt at Carmel City Center is open daily for lunch and dinner, offering a variety of quick and flavorful lunch options, including sandwiches, fish tacos, fresh salads, and sushi. In addition, the restaurant offers a seafood-inspired brunch daily.
