Polleo Systems nominated for TechPoint Mira Awards

Polleo Systems, a technology services company with offices in Carmel City Center, has been nominated for the TechPoint Mira Awards, which recognize excellence and innovation among Indiana’s outstanding industry performers and contributors, and focus attention on the broader issue of the important role technology plays in Indiana’s economy. Polleo Systems was nominated in the category of IT Services Excellence & Innovation, a new category intended to bring attention to companies that demonstrate significant contributions to their customer’s success through the design, build and support of IT infrastructures or managed IT services and solutions.
Polleo Systems provides technology services for small and medium-sized businesses. Some of its specialties include cloud computing, strategic consulting, and business continuity. Owner and entrepreneur Talbott Sumners started his first technology company at age 19 and his next venture at age 20. He recently founded Polleo Systems to deliver leading edge solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, which he sees as an underserved market. The highly-skilled staff at Polleo Systems collectively has more than 50 years’ experience in technology services. It offers customized solutions to meet its clients’ needs. Some of its current clients include a regional logistics company and a large multi-unit retail company.

Finalists for the Mira Awards will be notified on March 12th and will then proceed to the judges’ interviews. Award winners will be announced at the TechPoint 2012 Mira Awards Gala on May 12th.
