New Menu Offerings at Hubbard & Cravens
August 14, 2017
Hubbard & Cravens changed their menu this summer – updating some old favorites, while also adding some new items.
One major addition is breakfast sandwiches during the week. Now you can order your choice of a made-to-order egg sandwich – with sausage & white cheddar on ciabatta, ham & yellow cheddar on ciabatta, bacon & provolone on sourdough English muffin or spinach & aged cheddar (with egg white) on whole-wheat English muffin. It is a hearty breakfast choice, especially for those on the go.
They also added a new organic spinach and berry salad, including fresh strawberries, sweet dried cranberries, blue cheese crumbles, walnuts and locally-raised chicken. It is served with herb buttermilk dressing. The asparagus salad has been adapted, and now boasts locally-raised chicken or tri-tip beef as the main protein. A side house salad has also been included, with crisp romaine hearts, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, applewood-smoked bacon, egg, croutons and shredded cheddar cheese.
In addition to the many current flatbread offerings, a make-your-own flatbread option has been added. On a mozzarella and red sauce base, you can add: pepperoni, sausage, chicken, bacon, ham, red onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, pineapple, red & yellow peppers.
And finally, a weekend brunch favorite: the deep-dish quiche lorraine is now available all week long. It is a creamy custard filled with Smoking Goose applewood-smoked bacon, caramelized onions, yellow cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, surrounded by a house-made pie crust. It is served with mixed greens.
