Join Matt The Miller’s Tavern on Monday, July 14 at 7 p.m. on the patio for an intimate four-course dinner designed especially by Executive Chef, Paul Dibner, featuring beers from Three Floyds.
First Course:
Salmon tar-tar, marinated avocado, and jicama slaw
Paired with Boom Over Pow ESB
Second Course:
Flatbread trio – Beef, pork, and Portobello with charred poblano and pear mousse, smoked gouda, and rainbow chard with lemon vinaigrette
Paired with Blakkr Imperial Black IPA
Third Course:
Sage, rosemary, and applewood smoked bacon rubbed airline chicken breast with Indiana sweet corn salad with Zombie Dust vinaigrette
Paired with Zombie Dust Pale Ale
Fourth Course:
Tiramisu with Back Masking whipped cream
Paired with Back Masking Oatmeal Stout
