This Saturday, February 9, head to The Bike Line in Carmel City Center at 11:30 a.m. for a “Fuel the Fire: Race Day Nutrition” discussion with Lindsay Gosslee Langford from St Vincent Sports Performance.
Lindsay Gosslee Langford (MS, RD, CSSD) will cover how to approach the day before, the morning of, during and after your BIG event whether it’s a weekend crit, a national championship or the big Saturday ride to the coffee-shop!
$40 for “walk-ins”, 2 punches for multi-class-pass holders and included in Full Package members.
