More Than 140 Characters – Mollie McCoy, Residences at Carmel City Center
February 14, 2012
Born and raised in the state of New York, Mollie McCoy has always been a hard working and independent person.
A year after graduating from Buffalo State University in 1991, McCoy headed to Indianapolis and started her career in the real estate market. She’s never left. It’s been a wild journey for Molly being in real estate due to the fact that almost every company she’s worked for has either left Indiana or has been sold to a larger corporation, but that has never stopped her from making the most out of those challenges. Molly has been the property manager here at The Residences since early 2011 and from day one has felt that it is the perfect fit.
Molly feels every one of the residents is so unique that they each bring something to the table. The best part about the residents is that they have become close with one another and also with the staff. Whether it is a birthday, anniversary or anything else going on in life they are the first to congratulate you.
“Residents here are more than people that just live here and pay a check every month. We care about them and they care about us. We’re like a little family.”
Molly seems to always have new, exciting challenges every day. Whether it’s helping out one of her tenants or volunteering at USA Defenders of Greyhounds promoting education about the horrors of dog racing, she is always there with a smile on her face.
