Indoor Training coming this fall to the Bike Line Carmel!
Here is a sneak-peak of the 2012/2013 Program:
Scientifically-based training by USCF Licensed Level ll Coach – John Singleton
- Drop-In Weekday Classes – 90 min. $20
- Sunday Long Rides – 2 hours+ $30
- Nutrition Workshops – $50
- Yoga – 75 min. $15
- Strength Workshop – $20 Group/$75 Private
- Power Test – $150
Full Circle Cycling Package – Includes comprehensive fitness and power evaluation, two weekday cycling classes per week, one yoga class, all workshops, personal training manual and continuous coaching.
Full Circle Cycling+ Package – Includes all-of-the above plus Sunday rides.
